Staff is friendly and they speak english. With large windows, music and attention that improved a lot this time I immersed myself in some eggplant parmeggiane, lamb empanadas and sweetbreads the best with Catalan cream for dessert.
I had lunch at El Mingus on my first day in Uruguay and I was left with the greatest impression of this place.
